What is bv academy?
Beyond Veneer Academy is an advanced training program for licensed cosmetologists who are now apart of our New Talent Associate team. Each academy guest will be paired with one of our talented associates while being closely mentored and supervised by our salon educators.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between Cosmetology school and professional mastery, giving our associates real-world salon experience while providing our guests with high-quality services at a reduced rate.

Prebook Future Appointments
Guests must prebook their next appointment before leaving the salon. This helps our associates build consistency, timing, and real-world client retention skills.
Photo + Video Consent
As part of the Academy experience, guests must be open to photo and video documentation during or after their service. This content is used for education, training, and marketing purposes only.
Review + Feedback
We kindly ask all Academy Guests to leave a Yelp and/or Google review appointment, as well as in real-time. Your honest feedback helps our associates grow and helps others discover our training program.
Booking Policy + Appointment Times
All Academy appointment must be booked in advance. Walk-ins or same-day bookings are not available for Academy services. Academy Guest services are Tuesdays and Thursday with our Educator.

Please arrive on time and understand that appointment durations may be longer than typical services, Our educators provide step-by-step instruction throughout each session to ensure quality and confidence for our New Talent Associates.
Product Support
To help maintain your results and continue education for our associates, we ask that you purchase the products recommended by your service provider. Academy Guests receive 20% off of all retail purchases as part of their participation.
