Service Redo and Retail Return Policy Agreement
SERVICE REDO:

At Beyond Veneer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days of your visit. We’re committed to making every visit an exceptional one and an experienced educational leader from our team will work with you to create a plan that ensures you achieve the best possible results.

 
Disclaimer: While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific results due to the nature of hair services and individual factors such as previous treatments and hair type. However, we are committed to working with you to address your concerns and provide the best possible outcome.


RETURN POLICY:

 
We want every purchase to leave you feeling great and if a retail product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help! While we’re unable to accept returns for hygienic reasons, we’d love to make it right by offering you an in-salon treatment of equal value.
This must be redeemed within 14 days of your purchase—additionally, if any accessories break within 30 days from date of purchase, we'd gladly replace them for you!
 
Future Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Beyond Veneer, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure appointment availability for all our guests. To do so effectively, we require the following:
 
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING NOTICE:
 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made within this window allow us to offer your spot to another guest.
 
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
 
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, the full cost of the scheduled services will be charged to the card on file. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking but will be used to enforce our cancellation policy if needed.
 
EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS:
 
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you experience an unavoidable circumstance. While our policy applies to all situations, we review emergencies on a case-by-case basis
