Service Redo and Retail Return Policy Agreement
Service Redos:

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your services, let us know within 7 days of your visit. One of our educational leaders will reach out to you to figure out a game plan to ensure optimal results. 

Retail Returns:

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, due to hygienic reasons we can not accept any returns but can will offer an in-salon treat at same value as your products. This must be within 14 days of purchase.If you are agree to these terms and would like to continue with these services, please type in your full name as your signature and consent to these terms.
Future Appointment Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 48 hours' notice for all services. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit outside of our 48 hour window, for ANY reason, we will require FULL PAYMENT FOR ALL SERVICES. Your card will automatically be charged to the card on file. By agreeing and signing, you indicate that you are fully aware of notifying our salon 48 hours' before your appointment date in order to avoid our cancellation policy. If you are agree to these terms and would like to continue with these services, please type in your full name as your signature and consent to these terms
