Prior to arriving please ensure your hair is detangled and styled with your preferred products. We will assist in educating you on what products you prefer as well as some products we have in house.

Avoid styling your hair in ponytails, buns, twists, or braids before your appointment.

Please arrive with completely dry and styled hair.

Depending on the length and density of your hair it might take longer than others. Your Stylist will asses your hair prior to your service to let you know of any additional charges for length and density. However, we advise you plan for a minimum of two hours for your session.

Return Clients: Welcome back! Our maintenance service is designed to keep your hair looking its best. Here's what you need to know

This service focuses on preventing split ends, maintaining healthy length, and reshaping your previous curly cut.​

Please note, this is NOT a transformative cut. If you are looking for a dramatic change to the shape of your curls, or want to cut more than 2 inches book a BV Curly Cut instead.

This service does not include a wash and style.

Avoid wearing ponytails, buns, twists, or braids.

Please make sure your hair is completely dry upon arrival.

Make sure to arrive with clean, detangled and dry hair.

Avoid shampooing your hair on the day of your appointment.

Bring inspiration photos and specific requests for your Stylist. We also greatly appreciate photos of any styles you dislike or would like to avoid.

We strive to maintain a clean environment, however accidents can happen. Please avoid wearing high-end, light colored, or silk blouses. We take precautions such as double draping our clients, but it is important to be prepared.

It is highly important to let your Stylist know of any allergies or history of allergies you may have to certain coloring products.
